Hydrostat trans pulling disc harrow

I'm in the market to buy a tractor and I have a guy who wants to sell me a Kubota L3400 HST w/FEL, box blade and bush hog for $15000.00. the tractor is like new (30 hrs). My hangup is the HST. Would pulling a set of 5ft disc be a problem with a HST?

No problem at all. If your doing a few acres its not an issue.... you just don't want a hydro if your out discing the back 90. Hydros are fine under constant load, as long as its not for hours on end or daily work. Thats a good price for that package.
