    Mowing 2-3 acres some bushogging (occasioanlly), loader work around house, chopping and leveling 2 acres of yard (disc or tiller).

    L3400. The L3240 would be great, but it does not seem like you need the loader capacity. The L3400 will leave you some $$ to spend on implements.
