    Kabota or Bobcat loader/backhoe

I no that Bobcat compact tractors are new out, but I was wondering if anymore has an opinion on either of the two. I am trying to choose  between the the Kabota B2320 which is the 23 hp tractor w/ backhoe and loader. Or the new Bobcat compact tractor loader/backhoe CT122 20hp , w/16" bucket. The prices are within $500 of each other. Do the Kabotas have much plastic? The Bobcats are suppose to to be all metal. Any help would be helpful.

    Thank u

The Kubota is all metal. One major advantage it has as a TLB package is that there is no extra seat for the backhoe. This keeps the hoe tight to the tractor making it balance better. The Bobcat tractor is actually a Kioti, its just rebadged by Bobcat. Have you actually sat on, and driven each tractor? That seat of the pants experience usually will push you one way or another.

Thank U for ur advise. No I have not operated both, I guess I should. My main concern in the beginning was to try to find the best machine for my use and the $$.

    Thanks again

price is not a good gauge to determine which tractor is better than the other.,. The rebadged Kioti/Bobact has an add on hoe.. In other words, you must leave the tractor seat, mount the hoe's own seat and vise vers to move machine to continue digging. The Kubota seat flips over and you simply turn around not leaving the tractor.
