Strengths The above review is untrue. First, the guy says the fuel injection system is less forgiving than in past models. Well the engine is a kubota V-2302 with a mechanical fuel injection pump. Nothing on God's earth is more forgiving. Next he says the 'electronic-servo controls' have replaced 'hydraulic linkages' of past models. Bobcat hasn't had servo-assit steering since the 90's (thank goodness), and bobcat has never had any 'hydraulic linkages' in the steering or boom/bucket linkages. IF the reviewer meant 'mechanical linkages' it would make more sense. In addition, he also mentions that bobcat made a 'cost savings move' by switching to an electronic control. ANY and ALL electronic controls that bobcat offers are an OPTION that ADDS cost to the loader.
Weaknesses Could use more power, but I couldn't afford a larger model.
Overall Great machine for the money. Best resale value in the industry. Best attachment availablity in the market. Easiest machine out there to service. Best lift capacity compared to its overall length (good for me, because we work in tight spaces). Best dealer support in the country, we can get parts/service anywhere we are working.
