Weaknesses limited lift height, stiff ride, the forward/reverse shifting is clunky, it should have a forward/reverse foot control instead or a rocker switch on the loader control similar to wheel loaders are using now.

Overall the Toolcat fits a unique niche in the market, it's not a replacement for a tractor/loader or a rtv but for a lot of people it works well. We use it on our horse farm as well as on a golf course for a lot of the odd jobs.
