Strengths looks good in the show room

Weaknesses trouble as soon as warranty ran out. engine leaked oil and smoked like it was on fire...cases had to be split and a new gasket. poor cut, cheap axles and finally transmission gone after 9 years.

Overall Avoid it unless it is real cheap and you are handy.

Strengths Good power, comfortable ride.

Weaknesses Deck and blades are junk.

Overall After having some deck problems about about four mows, I took mine back to Sears and bought a Snapper LT-100. It is much more sturdy, larger and better motor for $300 more. If Sears would start listening to people complaining about the cheap blades, and ditch the plastic deck I think it would solve a lot of problems.
