Weaknesses After 5hrs mower deck belt fell off (under warantee) had it picked up. Did not get it back for TWO WEEKS. About 10 hours belt came off again! this time I managed to get it back on myself(about 1 1/2 hours to figure what to do and do it). At 20 hrs., 11/19/06 transmission belt broke.$250 extended warentee did not cover. Repair got part from Cub Cadet 1/3/07!! Work compleated 1/5/07. Cost $236.20!!

Overall I will have this up for sale in the spring.

Strengths Hydrostatic Trans is great. Cuts like a walk-behind and handles well. Reverses cutting reduces mowing time. All in-all, a nice machine. Not sorry I spent the cash I did. Considered the LT1045, but glad I spent the extra $200 for the twin cylinder

Weaknesses Nor crazy about the mulching ability. Tried at all speeds and heights. It still leaves a trail of grass. Always have to cut twice to keep it neat.

Overall Only have had it a short time, but feel it was a good investment. last tractor was a honda. Not the tractor the Honda was, but for the money, a good investment.

Strengths kohler command v-twin,ball bearings in the front wheels,deck easy to remove and attach,electric pto,nice smooth hydrostat transmission,overall good solid fill for the price

Weaknesses Poor Engine 23 hp Kohler Command is smoking with less than 12 hrs. Have returned to dealer and they said to bring it back if it starts to use oil. This is a new mower it would have nice if they were able to know how to fix it.
