Overall I posted a review earlier where I had parts falling off of my new mower. After the parking break handle fell off on the third time I used the mower, I called my dealer and asked for help. The dealer and Exmark took my mower back and gave me another new one. Apparently they had a compressor problem on the day my mower was assembled and the airtools did not tighten eveything properly. I just wanted to let everyone know that the replacement mower has worked flawless now for 2 years. I give credit to the dealer and Exmark for taking care of the problem in a professional manner. I will buy again when this one wears out in 20 years.

Strengths Great cut and fast. The ExMark has been reliable and repair free. Easy to operate.
Weaknesses Changing the oil on the Kohler engine is messy at best. Seems Engineering could have located the drain plug elsewhere. I have a steep long hill and the mach is a little small.
Overall Great machine for my 3 1/2 acre lawn. I should have bought the larger machine.

Strengths Beautiful Cut. Well built machine. Dealer says he can have parts the next day. This machine is fast!! Combines speed and quality of cut. Handles the bigger 56" Triton deck very well. Again the truth is in the cut. Outstanding with the striping kit.
Weaknesses Fuel gauge on one tank and not the other. Fill the one with the gauge and they don't balance out. Can live with that.
Overall No complaints yet. Will know more after next season. Overall I'm sticking with Exmark. I have an old Exmark 32" walkbehind still working. So I'm giving Exmark high marks.

Strengths Cuts grass fast and yard looks good. I have only used it 7 hours.
Weaknesses The first time I used the mower it quit working after 20 minutes and was stuck in the front yard. Apparently someone at the factory forgot to tighten the 4 different bolts that hold the pulleys on the hydro pumps and they fell off. Second time I used the mower the nut holding the deck support fell off. I haven't had a chance to cut the grass for the third time, but at this rate my yard is turning into a hardware store with all of the lost parts. I e-mailed ExMark twice about the problems and have not heard anything. I hope it lasts as long as everyone says it will.
Overall I paid a lot more money for this mower because of the perceived quality. So far it looks like it's missing on this mower.
