Strengths Have a little over 6 acres to take care of and this tractor does it with ease. Big step up from my old 265 Deere but worth every penny. FEL saves a lot of time and back pain. Very manuverable tractor for its size. Has plenty of power but would agree that Hi-range if really only good for travel on roads.
Weaknesses Haven't found any so far.
Overall For my needs this is the ideal size tractor. Think I would have been dissapointed with the 2305.

Strengths Strong little tractor. It runs smooth with enouhg power for my 5 acre lot. Shifts smoothly, controls are easy to use and accessible. Front end loader is relatively quick to respond. Has good traction, even in 2WD. 0% financing was nice!
Weaknesses Transmission whines a bit, hard to get in to the seat from the right side due to bucket lever, rough ride, but hey its a tractor.
Overall I bought it to be able to both cut about 4 acres of field and mow my 1 acre lawn around my house - it does both flawlessly. Plenty of power and, with turf tires, is easy on my lawn. Next is to but a backhoe on it for landscaping my 5 acre building lot.

Strengths powerful...turn on a dime...strongly built...very well protected main components...very well balance with fel...stable on hill....full category 1 ...very smooth trany...two pedals is more relaxing then only one...very good support for the back on the seat...engine is bullet proof...this engine is used on a lot of equipment and borrowed by other manufacturer of tractors like carraro in italy...very reliable...start easily in cold weather..
Weaknesses none.
Overall perfect tractor for a small farm

Implements : FEL, 54" MMM, 4 ft Rotary, Chipper
Purchased From : Deere Country
Strengths 3 cyl Yanmar is smooth and quiet Loader very easy to remove. Hydostatic Trans is great for mowing uneven terrain and grass density. Use the FEL tilt hydro lines to lift mid mower - this is a great feature and easy to switch back and forth. Plenty of power for my jobs. Standard independent mid and rear PTO's (or both simultaneously) is really nice. 4WD very useful when tractor "high-centers" (easy to do with MMM on our very uneven ground). Folding ROPS is very handy for mowing around trees.
Weaknesses A little difficult on and off. High range is too high for farm work, even for easy mowing job. 3-pt hitch doesn't raise rotary mower high enough (may be just an adjustment problem). Rough ground causes rough ride (very stiff suspension).
Overall This is a real tractor, not just a glorified lawn mower like some its size. It will do real work and a lot of it. Great fit and finish. Easy to operate and service. 54" MMM does a beautiful finish mowing job, and does so very quickly. Extremely pleased with overall performance, and it looks good doing it. Well worth the money.

Strengths I also debated between the 2305 and 2320. In test driving the 2320 was able to maintain speed or speed up and also use the FEL at the same time. The 2305 tended to slow down when actuating the FEL on the go. Also the MMM drive over for installing or uninstalling was a good point and makes hook up quick and easy.
Weaknesses 3 pt hitch, but a quick hitch would solve that
Overall I am a 4 farm facilities coorodinator. In wheel tractors alone we have 43, ranging from 20hp to 100hp and different makes. After 5 minutes of a test drive of the 2320 I was sold. The folding ROPS is a plus also. I bought this for my 1 acre.

Strengths Ergonomics are good. It fit both me & my wife. It turns a lot tighter than expected for a tractor of this size. It's a mowing machine. It has cut our mowing time down by almost 1 hour from our 50" Cub Cadet. Attachment connect easily & quickly.
Weaknesses It difficult to get in from the right side due to the FEL sitck. Awkward fuel filler location.
Overall Great machine so far. I debated between the 2305 & the 2320 & I have no regrets on spending the extra money for the 2320. I even think I would have regretted buy the smaller 2305. For mowing 2 acres, moving dirt, & leveling ground it's been great.

Strengths Easy to operate. Hydrostatic transmission makes it easy to creep around on steep hills without loosing control. Pretty stable on sidehills, although I try to minimize the amount of sidehilling I do. Good loader lifting capacity. No extra ballast is necessary for a loader bucket full of soil when operating on level ground.
Small and very manuverable. I live on a wooded hillside and this thing fits between the trees quite nicely.
Weaknesses Loader contol level is located to close to my right thigh. When backing up from a dirt pile while trying to tilt and raise the bucket, the lever hits my thigh. This is worse when backing up, because you have to slide your right foot even more to the right to reach the reverse pedal.
Loader doesn't have the power to pull fence posts set in concrete. (Should have bought a bigger tactor -- this is not the tractor's fault:)
High range is too high to use for anything except flat highway travel. In low range the engine lugs trying to climb my very steep hillside, but it does make it to the top. Did I mention it is really steep?
I am thinking of adding some ballast to the tires for doing loader work on a hillside. If the rear tires are uphill the tractor is little tippy when using the loader to pull fence posts. Extra ballast should solve this problem but I am little worried about having to climb to the hill with the extra weight.
Overall The $15500 price included all of the implements, so I can't complain too much there.
This tractor is good comprimise for me. A larger tractor with more power would be great, but then it would be less manuverable and harder for me to store (Oh yeah -- more expensive too). Soooo... overall I am quite satisfied. The loader control lever is a minor quibble.
