Implements : 54" snow thower , 62" MM mower deck
Purchased From : Hartville JD
Strengths Bought to replace 1987 655 Compact Utility tractor with 50" MMM deck and 47" snow thrower.
2320 tractor is great. Have not tried the deck yet.
Weaknesses 54" snow blower is a light weight piece of junk compared to the old 47". Throws about 1/2 the volumne of snow about 1/2 as far. The whole design of the new blower is lighter and less heavy duty in every aspect from the auger to the impler to the chute. They really went the wrong way on this unit.
Overall Really like the tractor, the mower deck looks good but waiting on warm weather to try it, but the three thousand dollar snow blower is a real disapointment. Especially if you have owned a previous JD 47" unit. A real step backwards.

Implements : FEL, 54D mmm, post hold auger, forks
Purchased From : Ballwig turf and leasure, Beaver Dam WI
Strengths Works great all the way around. Mowing the the 54D deck does not scalp around my mound system and is able to stay at full power (in low gear at full speed) all the way up my 1 acre hill. FEL is the most useful attachment I have ever owned, use it for snow, mulch, dirt, gravel. I also purchased a set of pallet forks and use them for many many things as well. Good on fuel, always starts even in - Wisconsin temps. I have R4 tires and they are not to hard on my lawn, even with the rear tires loaded whit fluid. Post hold digger on the 3 point with a 12" bit digs with the tractor at Idle! very powerful machine.
Weaknesses The fuel tank is on top of the hood and I spill fuel every time! Low gear could be geared a bit higher to get the tractor to 5.5mph while mowing. It also could use a temp gauge on the dash. The hydro outlets leak with the FEL attached,
Overall Great tractor, I enjoy it very much and it is much higher quality then other brands. Also resale in the best in the biz if you would every sell the tractor, just try and buy a used one?

Implements : fel, snowblower, 62d mower
Purchased From : reynolds, sheridan, IN
Strengths manueverability, attachment options
Weaknesses power, especially 62d mower deck power
Overall maneuvers like a much smaller tractor, fel with a 54" bucket is great moving clay with a homemade ballast using parts to attach to 3 point hitch from tractor supply set into a 12" x 4' concrete tube full of concrete, roughly 500 lbs. tires not filled. works great. In tall thick grass the 62d deck with 2320 is slightly underpowered. Just fine mowing a normal height yard at 3". Hi range is loud and good for road or wide open yards only. I am very satisfied with this tractor overall.

Implements : loader , ballust box, mower

Strengths Just bought a 2320 for my 2 acre property that has some minor hills on it. The tractor would not go up the hill in 4wd in high range and when tried it whined and squeeled and then stahled out. Seems to not have much power at all. I have been using my fathers 2210 which is the older version of the new 2305 and it has no problem buzzin g up and down the hills in 4wd high range. The company came out and looked at it and believes something to be wrong with the hydrolics. Today though the gen manager called and said they drove it and it went right up in 4wd low. He thinks it should only be able to go up hills in low range 4wd. According to the manuel the 4wd is all ranges. Does anyone have a similar problem?

Implements : rear JD blade 72", 54d deck , imatch, 200cxfel
Purchased From : Power Pac Inc Marshfield Wisconsin
Strengths able to get in small tight areas very hand around yard... If you were a kid and told you could only have one toy this would be the one it does it all cut dig grade there are so many attatchments available TRUST ME GET THE FEL yo will use it WAY more than you could imagine.. I can have the 200cx loader off and the mower deck on in less than 5min and its EASY to do I LOVE THIS LITTLE BUGGER...
Weaknesses could use just a little bit more power if you have loaded tires if your tires are not loaded then you will have more power than traction I loaded my tires and if digging into a pile of clay i have more traction than power LOL its more than enough and while grubbing larger stumps I may just be taxing the tractor or over working it for the job... nothing really bad (Im used to LARGE cat endloaders)
Overall VERY happy overall I own 2 acres and this is the perfect size tractor for me I guess I could not really say anything bad it has come in so handy for so many things You really cant judge it to any other tractor out there I looked at MANY other brands and none of them came with so many nice options like the quick detatch loader of the JD... BUY ONE YOU WILL NOT REGREAT IT!

Strengths Very well made, Modern styling, Vibration free isolated engine mounts, Deere Imatch Quick hitch works great, Foldable ROPS, 0 percent finance was great, Real 2 brake system, Differential lock, 4WD is beautiful, trust me on this one, Power steering smooth and effortless
Weaknesses None
Overall 1st tractor purchase for me and I was hoping the 2320 would be able to move some dirt and perform loader tasks. WOW, it does EVERYTHING I ask it to and never seems to be lacking power or ability to lift full buckets of anything. I use it for 90 percent of the time for loader work and some blade grading. I have a very hilly property and this thing is like a billy goat, goes where needed and very stable . Make sure to purchase the matching weight bucket for the rear as it is the perfect match for heavy loads and makes it much safer even with loaded tires. The R4 tires work just great. The 2320 was a perfect match for my property and budget. A bigger tractor would not have been able to perform on my property so BIGGER is not always better. Very well built machine with nice features and design. The 2320 is not one of those (ECONOMY) tractors it is the real deal.

Implements : 54" drive over mower deck, front end loader, snowblower
Purchased From : Troxel John Deere, Indiana
Strengths Plenty of Plenty of power
Plenty of power, FEL works like a dream, front end snowblower blows snow better than any blade, drive over deck has a beautiful cut: there are plenty of attachments which are easy to put on and take off, highest quality utility tractor on the market. The hydrostatic drive is very responsive and doesn't have the annoying push button to get the tractor to go into reverse (like my LT 155 JD lawn tractor).
Weaknesses transmission is loud and whiney, the dealer added a fuel surcharge to the drive over deck which was already priced plenty high
Overall I am very pleased with this tractor, It has exceeded my expectations for a small utility tractor. It can do it all with the wide array of attachments from John Deere. It has plenty of power for my 5 acre wooded acres. I mow, blow snow out of my 800 foot paved driveway, and move wood and dirt around on my property.

Strengths Have a little over 6 acres to take care of and this tractor does it with ease. Big step up from my old 265 Deere but worth every penny. FEL saves a lot of time and back pain. Very manuverable tractor for its size. Has plenty of power but would agree that Hi-range if really only good for travel on roads.
Weaknesses Haven't found any so far.
Overall For my needs this is the ideal size tractor. Think I would have been dissapointed with the 2305.
