Strengths
Weaknesses Not enough power or body weight to lift a full bucket. Unstable with a loaded bucket. Smokes after 50 hrs.
PTO and 3-point hitch are not working after 80 hrs. Hydrostatic drive is jerky and noisy. Basically, an oversized, over-priced yard tractor.
Overall Dealer doesn't want to fix anything under warrantee. JD quality and C/S is a joke. This machine is "made in China" and just the next step up from farming with an oxen. If you like green and yellow, buy a Kubota and have it painted.

Strengths The hydrostatic transmission. Only 2 range, but what a deal it is.
Weaknesses I'm not sure, but it is probably week on hydraulics. But at the price, I can't complain. It is easy to use. The controls are all conveniently placed and usable.
Overall I love my JD 3203. Bought it used with 47 hours. I now have about 70 hours on it. Does all I ask or require and seems to be strong and reliable. It had Box Blade and FEL when I bought it. Added the other stuff. Price shown is total for all.

Strengths Every thing is in easy reach, and starts well in cold weather.
Weaknesses Cheap plastic hood and side covers will not last cheap tilt steering,Ligt switch very cheap dash is plastic.
Overall Average tractor would look at other brands do to cheap plastic.

Strengths Starts fast, low fuel consumption, smooth HST, independent PTO is great, powerful engine, all controls convieniently located and easy to use, not difficult to use the pedal to control speed even over rough terrain, very nice tractor.
Weaknesses Loader is a little weak, HST is loud, plastic hood is cheap.
Overall Great tractor for small or medium farm and ranch work. Bought a 2006 with 120 hrs.
