Strengths tractor has alot of power for 32hp, love the hst trans has alot more stabilty and traction with rear tires loaded up with the new gel, adds 300lb per wheel.
low gear is perfect, but high gear is crazy fast.
we use this tractor at our marina for every thing from pulling boats to unloading trucks with fork lift attachment, to mowing w/ 6' finish mower.
Weaknesses could use more lifting power on loader.
exaust is to noisey, and fumes the driver to death.
hood is to cheap, flops around.
pto cover is a pain to hook up pto shaft in your way
Overall over all this tractor does every thing we ask it to do and more.
this tractor gets used every day, and i certainly would buy one again.

Strengths Strong Yanmar engine, lots of power for the size, very comfortable to operate! Very user friendly, controls are right at hand. Great fuel economy! Hydro tranny is very smooth and strong.
Weaknesses Could use better hydraulic flow and pressure from factory, (pressure relieve valve can be adjusted for more power on loader). Loader metal castings and tires made in china! Flimsy Hood sides. Could use more Green paint, too much black.
Overall A great machine overall, would definitly recommend for someone who is looking for an economy tractor with a hydrostatic transmission. This is exactly what I was looking for in a compact tractor, a plain, strong, reliable machine without all the new fancy electronics.

Weaknesses CHEAP PLASTIC TRACTOR. WON'T LIFT HARDLEY ANYTHING. IN SHOP MORE THAN ON MY PROPERTY
Overall JOHN DEERE IS NOT WHAT THE HISTORY SUGGESTS. DEALER IS ONLY INTERESTED IN TAKING MY MONEY,ONCE I HAD ALL THESE PROBLEMS COME UP I COULDN'T EVEN GET HIM ON THE PHONE

Strengths This Tractor is very strong for it's horsepower and weight. I pull a 10 foot double row disk, completly angled.
Weaknesses dosent go into gear very easy
Overall I would consider this tractor very strongly. because of the price and it's power for the price

Strengths tractor looks good ,power steering seems strong
Weaknesses no glow plugs,It has some sort of air heater system to aid in cold starts does not seem to help .The hydro stat will snap your neck .I say it needs more power motor is loud I mean loud .It lacks 3 speed hydo stat , run it for an hour and you will see it needs the 3speed hydro.I bought this tractor to blow snow low is dead slow high is crazy fast ,thinking twice about spending 1500 on a blower
Overall This 3203 tractor is more garden trator than farm trator .My advise spend your money on somthing bigger 40hp with a 3 speed hydro

Strengths Love the power steering & HST transmisson! Easy on/off, good accessability.Good front end visibilty.Good looking tractor!
Weaknesses Radiator screen not very accessable, easily clogged.Shield over PTO shaft makes connecting shaft acwkard.Needs toolbox/ rear lites.Extremely stiff throttle control.ROPS not retractable.Exhaust pipe location chokes driver.FEL could be stronger.(MOD.300)
Overall Don't get the impression I'm unhappy with 3203 due to list of weaknesses. I'm very happy overall.Plenty of power, would probably be even stronger if filled tires w/water.
