Strengths Does everything I need it to do. Easy to use. Good visibility in the front...you can see the whole edge of the bucket. It can actually dig with the bucket like an excavator. The engine is powerful and goes pretty long on a tank of fuel. As perfect a machine as Ive ever owned. Even my wife, who hates all machinery says "I love that skidsteer". Thats cause I use it to move mulch, topsoil, trees, boulders, gravel, etc. She's a gardener.

Weaknesses NOISIEST machine I've ever owned. The exhaust pipe is right behind my head and even with headphone-style ear protectors I need to take breaks once an hour to hear silence for a little while. the lift arms on each side block visibility on the 332. The 322 isnt as bad that way. I installed a car style rear view mirror but even with that you have to be careful backing up. Turning sharply really tears up the ground, even on asphalt. Its best to turn very gradually or back and turn a few times to avoid ground damage. Changing over from the bucket to the backhoe is a little hard to connect and disconnect the so-called "quick" hydraulic connectors.
