Strengths I purchased my 5045D in October 2011..and I have been well pleased.It is a very dependable,versatil tractor.I love the ease of handling and control.It is very comfortable with power steering and the controls are easy to reach.

Weaknesses None that I have encountered..

Overall Great little tractor.I use it to maintain my 100 acres of hunting land,disking,bushhogging,scrapeing my roads,etc...

Strengths Awesome small frame tractor with more power than you would expect from a 37 PTO HP tractor. Incredible handling with responsive steering and ultra tight turning radius, even without the brakes. Hydraulics are quick and responsive as well. Range and gear shifts are easy and smooth. In-line shifts between low and reverse on the range shifter are almost as quick and easy as a shuttle shift. Starts easily in winter with a little help from the block heater. Foldable ROPS lets the tractor sneak into low clearance places. Simple, clean, STRONG design (built for loader use) but with plenty of bells and whistles for a no frills tractor.

Weaknesses No tilt steering wheel means a tight fit getting in to (or out of) the seat when mounting or dismounting. Without ballast, it is a little difficult to get traction when moving snow. And worst of all, no cup holder!

Overall You can't beat it for value! And it is one of the most fun tractors I've ever driven!

Strengths Lots of power,Fuel economy is excellent. especially in hydrolics

Weaknesses The visibility around the rear fenders is atrocious, I can't see either leading edge of my GM1084R finish mower.

Overall Its been great, the loader is a thousand times more useful than I expected. I also like the fiberglass hood--I accidentally dropped a 20lb chunk of concrete out of the back of the loader from full height (9 feet) and it bounced off the hood without a dent, just a little nick in the paint.
