Strengths Well built tractor & mower deck. Starts, runs & mows excellent even at nearly 10 years old. Good turning radius for its size.

Weaknesses Dash mounted reverse safty switch is a pain in the A$$. Deck accumulates grass & needs cleaned a couple times a year. A little light to plow snow with, but with chains it does the job on 4" or less. Wish the snow blade would lift higher especially when tilted to one side.

Overall Overall just a great lawn tractor. It is durable & well built which makes it virtually trouble free. Best lawn tractor I've ever owned by far.

Strengths Durable, easy-to-use controls. Easy to change deck belts.

Weaknesses Eats deck belts. Keep a spare on hand.

Overall Great cut and easy to turn. Best controls in the business. Mine has 1,000 hours and still going strong. ALWAYS buy JD belts. My LT180 eats Oregon belts. JD belts last about a season.

Strengths Plenty of power from the 17 HP V-Twin Kawasaki engine at any speed and easy twin-pedal operation. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys a yard with a lot of trees to trim around.

Weaknesses Wish I had opted for the 48" deck with four anti-scalp wheels instead of the 42" with two.

Overall I purchased this in December and saved big on this left-over model.
