Strengths Comfortable size, smooth quiet engine, superb turning radius. Mower deck is impressive in its construction and adjustability and the deck wash system seems to work really well. I considered the 324 with the 4 wheel steering but I am glad I didnt spend the extra money because the 320 turns so well.

Weaknesses None in my opinion.

Overall I love this tractor. I cut 3 acres with some humps and bumps throughout. The 320 cuts evenly and quickly..no bogging down even in some of the thicker grass. The collection system is incredible and doesnt leave a single clump..even when you do a early morning cut with some dew on the ground. Ergonomics are superb even for my 6ft 4in height. Workmanship and materials are excellent and maintenance points are well thought out. I have not one single concern about this machine and I know I made the right choice. The 0% financing was attractive and the warranty is strong. Local dealer is outstanding and has a rock solid reputation in sales and service.

Strengths Very nice and easy to use. I purchased it lasst fall and used ut all winter with a blower and blade. Never failed. Nice ride and controls are up front and simple.

Weaknesses Gas tank is hard to see-level of fuel.

Overall Much better than the 145 lawn tractor I had. This was a piece of junk. The X320 is a bit pricy but you get what you pay for.

Strengths GGR GOOD SOLID MACHINE,NICE EVEN CUT, GOOD SMOOTH QUITE POWER, 11 GUAGE DECK AND LOTS OF GREASE FITTINGS.

Overall GREAT MACHINE

Strengths It's very comfortable to drive and easy to get off and on, has a very small turning radius and steering effort is low despite no power steering, and leaves a great smooth even cut. The snowblower works well except in heavy wet snow. Changing the deck/blower is easy once you get the hang of it. Excellent dealer, they delivered it- perfectly set up, and came and set up the snowblower the first winter. It's well set up for DIY service- oil changes and airfilter are very easy unlike some others I'ved worked on. Good owners manual.

Weaknesses It doesn't accept ground engaging implements- you have to step up to x500 series for that. Fuel level is sometimes difficult to see- you have to stand benind the tractor and look at the tank- a fuel gauge would be nice; any dust or dirt makes it harder to see the fuel level. The headlights aren't sealed well- dust gets in and lowers light output. Battery just went dead after 2 1/2 years. Had a front tire leaking and the seat upholstery cracked- both taken care of under warranty. Expensive but imho you get what you pay for- it's far more tractor than the L series.

Overall Excellent- I'd buy it again.

Strengths Lots of power.The 22hp engine gives me the power to do me the job.I have about two acres in my yard plus I cut 20 plus yards for other people.I have 117 hrs on my mower and it has run very good so for and it hasn't used one drop of oil.It turns very sharp and very easy to steer for a big mower.I also have a L120 that I bought in 2005 and it is nothin to compare to my x320.It is very hard to steer and use oil very bad and the front axale has been broken twice and the front wheel bearings has been replace several times.I would not recomand the new LA series to anyone that has lots of grass to cut but I would the X320.Very good mower.

Overall overall to me this is a wonderfully mower.I enjoy mowering grass with this mower.I think the X320 is the next thing to the zero turn with the tight turning it has.And the John Deere dealer ship where I bought this mower has been very good to me.

Strengths Powerful engine and nicely built machine. 48" Deck is beautiful. Purchased in May of 2009 for mowing 2 acres of grass and a little lugging of yard debris here and there. Meter currently at 50 hours.

Weaknesses Not one negative issue. Hard to believe.

Overall I'm extremely happy with this x320. Starts instantly every time and the engine has not missed a beat.Lots of power. Very easy to steer. Oil change and maintenance is very simple with no difficulties.

Overall Smooth ride, accessories expensive and service calls add up at over $100 each time, just to get it back to dealer!!! Bad investment in my opinion.

Strengths Beautiful mower, extremely comfortable with which to mow, high vacuum blades and wide dispersal pattern, few if any rows of cut grass showing afterward. Smooth running Kawasaki engine. Dash Controls well laid out.

Weaknesses Kanzaki transaxle failure at 2 hours, replaced under warranty. Dealer claims they are sound. I am not convinced. Like previous poster I am very concerned the replacement will fail too. It has shown signs of issues already when overloaded and that takes very little. It has gone into effective bypass mode twice under heavier load since replacement, Step on the pedal and nothing happens, I suspect if you keep it there a second too long, it will be gone too. Almost seems to have a excessive pressure power bypass which is set too low. I would like to get some attachments but am concerned it cannot handle them. I see that currently, they limit the recommended lawn roller to 18x36 and under 400 pounds. They limit the core aerator to 40 inch period not 48inch. For a 25 HP motor that is pretty low. I think they know they have a problem

Overall I would love it if it had a transmission I could believe in but it doesn't. It is supposed to tow its own weight of 700 pounds but I have no confidence it will. I doubt I would buy this tractor again unless I could get a geared transmisson, maybe a GT version. As strictly a mower, it is very nice but not for a whole lot more I think except light work.

Strengths Turns tight and is quiter than the previous mower I had. Very confortable.

Weaknesses I had a transaxle replaced due to failure. The new one has pushed out some oil but has not failed yet. A replacement not under warranty would be expensive.

Overall

Strengths Good built mower. Dealer support. Comfortable, makes mowing enjoyable. Turns sharp for a 2 wheel stear machine.

Weaknesses It dies when you get off seat. Have to pull up on switch to mow in reverse.

Overall I love this mower. Cuts grass very good.
