Strengths Kioti CK25 HST with loader, back hoe...
Started Good. Engine seemed to run OK...
Lights OK
Weaknesses At slow engine RPM, tractor seemed to speed up, slow down. Jerky action... Also seemed very under powered just traveling across yard... HST Pedal arc to wide... Tractor did not want to stop when foot removed from HST Pedal... Needs more H.P. Steel in loader frame of poor quality... HST needs improvement...
Overall Very good view driving tractor. Lights worked great. Hydraulics worked good...

Strengths Very well built tractor. Sheet metal and finish is very good. Comfortable seat with spring supension. Instrument panel layout and backlighting is very good as well. Shuttle shift works great. Three point lift is very strong for a tractor of this size. Tractor easily handles my six ft.finish mower 3 point log splitter and 6 ft.grader blade. I mow six arces. Loader works great and at a fast speed. Syncro trans allows me to upshift all gears in high range when pulling a heavy trailer at road speeds.(shifts like a car) Tractor has very good lighting for night time use, including Hi-Lo beam headlights, turn signals and brake lights.
Weaknesses Shifting from 4wd to 2wd is difficult unless you turn the front wheels while slowly rolling forward. Not enough leg room on left side floorboard when shifter is in third gear. Tractor weights 3,750 lbs. w/ loader. Will make ruts in a wet yard.
Overall My friend and I purchased two 2006 CK25's with loaders in April of 2006. Price $12,250 each. Mine has 380 hours the other has 200 hours. No mechanical or loader torque tube problems with either tractor. Both loaders are used alot around our properties. I have owned a Kubota B7100 and a B8200 over the last 15 years.. The quality of this tractor is every bit as good as Yanmar (John Deere) and Kubota.

Years of Use : 3+ Years
Implements : FEL, BH, hay spear and others
Purchased From :
Strengths Compact size means you can get most places. Moveable ends on lift arms are great as are the telescoping sway bars.
Weaknesses The FEL is fast but very weak. The torque tube has cracked in four places. The brackets on the bucket are coming loose. The welds are very poor. The plastic gromets in the joystick break and you can't just buy them. All of the metal is very soft on the tractor and FEL. Very poor dealer network and the factory won't sell parts to private parties.
Overall Wish I had my Massey back. This tractor is attractive looking and price is right, just remember you get what you pay for.

Implements : FEL, brush hog

Strengths Everything- substantially made. No problems
Weaknesses None, well maybe little cramped on the floor board.
Overall Why is it some reveiws rate this machine 1 out of 10 and others 10 of 10? How can they be so different? I've got 150 hrs of heavy stone moving, grading, and brush clearing and never had one problem. Not one. Plenty of torque. Leads me to think any 1 out of 10 ranking is bogus.

Years of Use : Test Drive
Implements : FEL
Purchased From : Upper Valley Tractor
Strengths This tractor is great! We've been moving wood around getting ready for winter and this gear model with the 5ft FEL is super.
Weaknesses The engine is a little noisy and the dash needs lights for night work
Overall I know others have had loader problems but this tractor has been trouble free, rugged and is priced right. I would buy another in a heartbeat!!

Strengths Good looking
Weaknesses Rather unrefined engine and way too little power for the weight of the tractor. Very underpowered. Loader cracked on torque tube. It looks like Kioti won't fix. No need for excess weight other than to make up for poor quality of steel used. Fit and finish poor, unit shakes too much, poor dealer network and way overpriced for what you get. I was suckered in by the pitch that it was "thousands" less than a Kubota. I should have shopped Kubota. Trying to trade now and resale value is extremely poor. :(

Price Paid : $100.00
Years of Use : Test Drive
Implements : Didn't buy, too expensive for what you get
Purchased From : Burke's
Strengths Nice looking, comfortable, lots of options are standard, but not up to the build standards of Deere. Has features, but has not optimized placement of them!
Weaknesses Engine lacked sufficient HP to run large PTO powered equipment (could not cover its own width!) Loader uses misleading data so it appears to lift more on paper than it can in actual use. Deceptive practices are bad! Tractor is too heavy, too large for the engine HP.
Overall I was very disappointed in the test drive. The loader is only slightly better than much smaller tractors and clearly inferior to the Kubota L2800's loader. Serious concerns about broken Kioti loaders on some discusion sites makes reliability a "zero" for the tractor.

Price Paid : $19,200.00
Years of Use : New Owner (0-1 Year)
Implements : FEL with 5 ft bucket and 7.5 ft backhoe
Purchased From : Harvard Outdoor Power and Equipment
Strengths Great lift capacity with front bucket, greater than other machines with more HP, user friendly, just hop on an go
Weaknesses Ground clearance is reduced with subframe mounted backhoe, hydraulic filter for syncro shuttle is mounted underneath where filter for hydro is mounted up higher.
Overall Biggest bang for the buck, price was delivered with sales tax and after kioti rebate which was cheaper than other brands of lesser HP with no sales tax or delivery.
