Strengths My ck30 hst is a brute! have dug up and pushed down trees with it, its like a small bulldozier! heaviest tractor on the market! MINE IS A 07 model!

Weaknesses like a lot of folks my fuel injector pump went out at about 430 hours, and it was not warranted! that sucked, but, i think they were flawed from the factory! after saying that, that pump can go out on any one of them!

Overall overall, i have thourghly enjoyed it, the pump going out sucked, but, i pretty sure i could out pull any other green, red or yellow tractor with it! I have had none of the problems that these other guys say they have! I woukd buy another one in a heartbeat! besides the name brands (which are ALL, built over seas) cost alot more, plus the weight is everything, if ya dont think so, get on a hill and let that lighter tractor start to turnover and youll wish youd had more weight! I could keep goin, but, some folks tear them up and mistreat them! so who knows if the reveiws are actually dependeble!!

Strengths

Weaknesses Fuel Injection Pumps are bad. No replacement parts available. New ones are $1200+. Google this problem and find out how many people are screwed like me. 320 hrs on mine. I will fix it and sell it. My Kioti dealer is NO help.

Strengths The tractor has done everything I have asked it to do with very few problems

Weaknesses The fuel bowl covering the fuel filter is made of plastic rather than glass. There is a spring in the bottom of the bowl that is supposed to keep pressure on the fuel filter to keep it seated properly. The combination of the spring pressure,vibration and solvent activity of the fuel has led to the fuel bowl developing cracks and leaking from the bottom. The bowl needs to be recalled as it creates a fire hazard. Also have a problem with the headlights coming on with the key off when nobody is around and draining the battery. The dealer said there were other people with the same problem and sold me a new light switch for $38. Put it in recharged the battery and it happened again. I disconnected the relays(disabling the headlights) and the problem has gone away. This all began to happen only 2 months after the warranty expired so Kioti wont back it up.

Strengths STRONG MACHINE, GOES THROUGH SNOW LIKE NOBODIES BUSINESS (YOU WANT TIRE CHAINES FOR SNOW/I MADE MY OWN) STRONG HYDRAULICS AND I HAVEN'T HAD ANY LEAKAGE ISSUES. LOTS OF POWER AND RELIABLE. I HAVE OVER 1000HRS ON THIS MACHINE AND ITS A 2007. NO CRACKS ON THE LOADER AND I USE THIS THING HARD. HAVE WELDED HOOKS TO THE BUCKETS ON LOADER AND BACKHOE. I HAVE A 13K PTO GENERATOR FROM NORTHERN TOOL THAT WAS PUT TO USE FOR 2 WEEKS SOLID LAST YEAR AFTER AN ICE STORM. ONLY SHUT THE TRACTOR DOWN TO FUEL IT AND CHANGE THE OIL ONCE. NICE AND QUIET WHILE RUNNING AND IT RAN THE WHOLE HOUSE (ELECTRIC STOVE/ELECTRIC DRYER and no problems with electronics). Even ran the neighbors house as well. I have a Splitfire 230 log splitter and the hydraulics have excellent power at 1800rpm with nice cycle time. I can't say enough about my dealer, Dick Batchelder. Honest, no bull, and will work with you on any issues. I have bought 2 tractors from him so far and will do so again anytime.

Weaknesses The location of the hydraulic filter can be suseptable to damage but the subframe of the loader provides good protection for it. Broke the welds on the backhoe at the top of the boom cylinder where it joins the dipper stick cylinder and it was easier to re-weld it in place than take it apart and bring it to dealer for replacement under warranty. The wife had the clutch pedal off the clutch pedal arm and I re-welded that on

Overall My wife and I owned a CK20 for 2 years and traded that one in for a CK30 (my excuse was more HP at the PTO to run the PTO generator. Which really came in handy last year. Overall I would not hesitate to buy another Kioti from Batchelder Tractor sales. I shopped the Green, Blue, Orange, and Red ones. Met up with a few snake oil sellers and just happened across Dick while up in Lebanon on an errand. The key is also not to lend your tractor out to anyone and keep it greased and maintained. Just my 2 cents........

Strengths It was a nice looking tractor when new and would have been somewhat of a bargain if it had lived up to its promise. The warranty looks good on paper until you actually have to use it.

Weaknesses I have had one problem after another with this tractor. First it was the injector pump because it actually had PLASTIC internal gears which naturally shredded after about 100 hrs. Then their powerful loader(what a joke), the KL130 stressed cracked because of another poor design. The hydraulics are weak and I have had numerous leaks. The HST is jerky and noisy. Dealer network is poor. I could go on, but you get the picture.

Overall They claim to have solved a lot of these problems with redesigns on newer models, but this is my last Kioti. I should have listened to my brother and bought a REAL orange tractor as he did and as I will do next time.

Strengths Well built tractor, heavy and strong front axle good power.

Overall overall this is a nice tractor at a good price.The biggest complaint is the shuttle shift which is a nice feature but is very hard to shift from forward to reverse. I can only hope it gets better with use

Strengths This is an update to a previous review. This little tractor is just a brute. Plenty of power, intuitive controls, ease of changing implements, and price.

Weaknesses None noted. I changed the battery to an Optima Sprial Cell (Red Top) because the factory unit just wasn't cutting it at -20, and when it's time to move snow...it's time to move snow. Also, have changed over to synthetic oil for ease of starting and good start-up lubrication during Ontario winters.

Overall Have had the tractor just over a year now. Love the HST...am spoiled by it now...especially when moving snow because of the frequent "back and forth" required. I'd buy the same tractor if I had it to do over again....no buyer's remorse.

Strengths 8x8 shuttle tranny works very well. Skid steer quick attache on the Fel, makes this little tractor very versatile. A simple well made machine. Dealer has good service. Free loader promotion, too good not to look at.

Weaknesses With the skid steer QA, this robs some power on the fel, also on the 2010 model the bucket is a lot bigger, more like a high capacity bucket(snow).

Overall This is my 2nd kioti tractor (also have a dk45se) and it's on road test now. I will use it mainly for making fire wood (200 cords a year) and for landscaping/snow removal. Just have to get used to the tranny, all my other tractors were hydro. Shopped around blue, green, orange, red and the kioti was best suited for my needs. I'll write a review later when it gets a little older, only 15hr on it.

Strengths Heavy stout tractor have it for nine months used it for snow removal,spreading momified,skiding logs,leveling out fourteen tandem loads of fill,removing stumps,digging out a hillside etc... dealer support and service is "best" bar none Wallace tractor.

Overall shopped green,orange,blue.dollar for dollar could not touch Kioti. Wallace was more knowledgable with their tractors and acc. then most others would definately buy another KIoti and it would be from Wallace tractor.
