Strengths I just got the tractor this week. I love it .. I never owned a tractor before, however thought its time. I mainly use it for landscaping and odds and ends. Oh and snow removable. My thought in getting one was to get the best so Kubota came to mind... I love it very easy to use. I move large boulders with the backhoe and thumb... Im please with the lifting power...

Weaknesses Not crazy about the backward pedals....

Overall I love it... I have no regrets.

Strengths I love this tractor. I used the loader to dig out a drainage ditch with hard packed soil and I was very pleased with the power of the LA304 loader. The tractor is comfortable and the loader is very responsive. The 54" MMM works flawlessly. It is on and off in a snap. Removing and installing the loader is also an easy task. Servicing and maintenance points are well thought out and easily reached. I had a rear work light installed and I was pleasantly pleased with the illumination as well as the quality of the light. I was concerned about getting the 23hp but it has plenty of power. It sounds and works light a tractor! The three speed hydro is a plus over the JD.

Weaknesses Not crazy about the position of the reverse pedal. I had a JD previously and am used to the pedal being beside the fwd pedal. I'm sure I'll get used to it.

Overall Very pleased. Great machine. Would buy again.

Strengths h have found no real weaknes yet every thing works like it should. researched all brands in area kubota wins hands down stay away frm chinese brands not worth the dollars.I checked out tym, kiotie,not even close after the kabota

Weaknesses need a couple of holes in the top of the ROP to be able to instal a pair of lights on the underside. Also a rear backup light would be useful as well

Overall overall it has been a good experiance with the kabota 2320, it done everything i have asked of it. one other thing to note is this thing just sips-I mean sips fuel.I kept sticking a rod into the tank to see the fuel depth as the fuel gauge just hardly moved

Strengths This tractor is great for small acreage and is very economical to operate. The power steering is effortless and the three range HST provides you with infinate control. The diesel engine is smooth and has plenty of torque. The flat floor is wonderful and lets you move your feet around unlike my old tractor. The backhoe and front loader can be removed in minutes without any tools.

Weaknesses I would prefer armrests on the seat as I do spend considerable time mowing on ground that is sloped. I find myself grabbing the handle on the fenders to support myself which is quite tiring after a few hours. The seat back leans back slightly and I rarely use the back rest portion because of that. I would prefer a seat with a more upright back and arm rests but my dealer indicates Kubota does not offer any seat options. The reverse pedal location on the hyrostatic trans model is a little awkward and requires that you sit forward in the seat to keep it activated if you are backing up for any distance. The pedal that controls the forward movement of the tractor seems to have a strong return spring and after a few hours of mowing your right leg does get tired. The front end loader seems a little weak. I had three hooks welded on the top lip of the bucket and and have already started to bend the lip in the center of the top bucket lip while dragging a log. I expected a slightly heavier bucket and lift capacity for the price and Kubota's reputation. This model does not have what I would consider a wide stance so be careful when using it on a slope. I have come very close to laying it on it's side but then again I have been using it in areas that I was able to navigate with a smaller John Deere tractor. Kubota does offer rear wheel spacers but they only add 1.5 inches to each side.

Overall This a well built tractor with plenty of metal. It is not perfect by any means so if you are considering this model see if your dealer can provide you with a demo for a day or two and you may find the problems that I noted may not be an issue with you.

Strengths Engine pulls very strong, lots of torque. 3 speed hydrostatic transmision is great,loader controls well placed and a pleasure to work with. Power steering is smooth and demands no effort at all. Unplugged cold starts are impressive.

Weaknesses The reverse peddle is a bit of a pain to use when using a rear snowblower and your turned to look behind, you kind of have to twist your heel to stay on the peddle. The other thing is the 1/4 inching hydrolic control, at low rpm's no problem but a pto speeds the quick lift option is quite rough. Using brakes is a two feet operation.

Overall I use this tractor mostly to blow snow and so far it has exceeded all my expectations, its light weight,ease of use,good horsepower has made a usually boring task into a "can't wait till it snows" kind of task.Now the wife and I have arguments to see who will use it and believe me that never happened with the tractor I had before.

Strengths My 4th Kubota, they seem to be improving them with time. I like the B Series Line because they are built using mainly all metal parts, and is built using the heavier frame. The larger floor deck is great. Smooth running, all the power needed for my application.

Weaknesses None found at this time.

Overall From my limited use so far, it seems like the B2320 will be a great tractor. For the little extra cost, the B2320 has so much more to offer then the BX Series.
