Strengths Bullet proof Kubota reliability. Put 300 hours on this tractor without a single issue. Excellent power to weight ratio. This little 24hp machine thinks it is 35hp. The hydro transmission is steady and precise. The loader operates beautifully, and can take a full scoop of 3/4" minus without hesitation. The best thing about this tractor is its size and manuvarability. I thought I needed more hp and, and stepped up to a new 2005 JD 3720 44hp, and have regretted the larger size on more than one occasion. Bigger is not always better. Smaller tractors are excellent for precise bucket and box blading work such as landscaping a new lawn, planting trees, spreading bark. You loose front visibility with a larger machine.
Weaknesses PTO hp is lacking with the hydro model, at only 19hp, I had a hard time running a tiller. A little squirly on sideslope due to its narrow width. I had R1 ag tires, and would recommend the R4 industrials for a wider front tire footprint. Had I purchased a B7800 or better yet, B2910 to begin with, I probably wouldn't have had "bigger tractor feaver"
Overall Excellent little compact tractor. They don't make the B2410 any more. If you can find a good deal on a used (though not abused) unit, don't hesitate.
