Strengths I did a three day demo on a Rhino here in Idaho, I like some things about it but it smeeed to me too be cheaply made. Had too many squeaks and rattles for me. The demo Rhino had over a thousand miles on it and probably had been abused. I can't honestly say if it had been or not, but nothing about the Rhino smeeed tough but I do think Yamaha makes excellent products especailly their Outboard Mootors.I have had Yamaha ATV S in the past and have been pleased with their performance. I also demoed the Ranger XP and that is the machine I purchased I have been very happy with. It has been bullet proof so far and I have recently put a deposit down on the new Razor. The reviews have all been positive and I understand this machine has been in the works for over two years.

Strengths plenty of power for my needs
Weaknesses Quarter Inching valve, what a stupid idea. This was the wrong place to save money. I contacted Kubota about how to change over to a position valve, however did not get any response.
Overall Nice machine. I had it now for 3 years. Other than getting rid of the quarter inching valve in favor of a position valve for the 3 point hitch I have not complaints.

Strengths Strong, fast, and durable machine for size. I have a landscaping business and have about 550 hrs on machine. We use this machine almost every day w/ no significant problems. I also have a b2410 which is the old version of this machine w/ about 850 hrs/ 6 yrs old.
Weaknesses Have 4672a pto loader (6 yrs.old) that digs slow and not a lot of power. It works for what we do but would not recommend it. It is also hard to get off and on. Parts can be pricy and hard to get.
Overall I would highly recommend this machine for a homeowner or small landscaping business.

Strengths Great power in a small package. Fairly stable on slopes (as long as bucket is low). Incredibly versitile. Holds resale value incredibly well.
Weaknesses Not enough tractor weight to get leverage to remove stumps. Also wish you could get a quick disconect bucket for this size so you could swap with forks.
Overall Amazing power in a compact tractor. I have used a larger L series tractor for a number of years, but it was too big for my place. I highly suggest getting the rear tires filled with Calcium (add weight). This is an incredibly tractor that I would suggest to anyone. I put a lot of research into this class of tractor, and the Kubota is the best out there. Note that many other user comments seem to have more to do with dealer issues. Bacon's equipment in Williamsburg Massachusetts is incredibly good and I will continue to use them for life.

Implements : FEL, roundbale spear, belly mower, broadcast spreader
Purchased From : Frederick Equipment, Frederick, MD
Strengths This is a tough little tractor that has handled anything we have asked of it. The turning radius is remarkable. The utility of the tractor, especially with the loader is a real plus
Weaknesses Regarding the tractor and the implements we have for it, the big weakness is the belly mower(a Kubota mower deck, 60" I believe). Even in it's fully raised position, it constantly hits objects sticking out of the ground. It is not hard to put on/take off, but not as easy as a 3-pt implement, so we tend to leave it on for the mowing season.
Several weeks ago while re-doing our fencing, my wife was mowing along the old fence line when the old posts were removed. She hit a flimsey metal stake which tangled in the blades and stalled the tractor. Turns out this caused severe damage to the pto gears. Apparently this mower deck has no safety device (shear pin, clutch) to prevent such damage. In the shop, we waited 1 week for the tractor/mower to even be looked at because other tractors in the bay were waiting on parts. Apparently Kubota parts are slow in coming. We are past 2 weeks not, the tractor is broken apart now but we have never been contacted by the dealer to let us know what is going on. I have written to Kubota several times to complain about the lack of a safety device on the mower deck but I have never heard a word from them.
Overall This is a great little tractor, but in light of recent experiences with Kubota and their dealer, I have lost faith in their customer service, in their parts supply and in the design of their tractor and implements. I don't know if there is a better tractor out there for the price, but I have to think there must be some other brand/company that is better at keeping customers happy and keeping their equipment operating.

Years of Use : 1-2 Years Use
Implements : LA-352 FEL, 48" Box Blade, 48" BushBull Cutter, 6" Auger
Purchased From : Cavalier Tractor, Ashland, VA
Strengths As much power as you could ever use on a tractor this size. I have pushed the auger into the red clay up to 3 1/2 feet without even a whimper from the engine. The four wheel drive can pull you out of almost any situation, and locking the differential makes it even better in a tight spot. The frame is solid, the engine is tight and there are absolutely no leaks from the hydraulics. The overall quality of the machine is great, in my opinion.
Weaknesses The seat on mine pitches forward a little, which makes me feel like I'm going to fall off when going down steep grades. I hear they fixed this in 2007. I have also knocked the fuel filter off of it one time while bush hogging in the woods because it hangs down below the frame on the starboard side of the engine. To be fair, backing through a stand of saplings with a bush hog is probably not in the design requirements for the fuel filter housing. Lastly, the differential lock pedal is tucked up under the seat pretty far, so its not easy to press it for any length of time and still drive comfortably. They probably planned it that way.
Overall This is the best tractor I have ever owned, and all of my neighbors are jealous of it. It's the top of the line in big boy toys.

Years of Use : New Owner (0-1 Year)
Implements : LA 352 FEL, 4672A BH, RCK6024B 60"MMM
Purchased From : S&L Equipment, Belvedere N.J.
Strengths Plenty of power. Power steering makes operation effortless, nice tight turning radius. HST smooth and easy. FEL can lift about half a ton, and can push snow around all day long. BH has a nice touch to the controls. Very fuel efficent.
Weaknesses Hard to dismount. I'm a big guy, 6'2" 290# and it takes a bit of twisting to dismount without hitting the PTO lever and grinding the gears a bit. A tilt wheel like on the 3030 would be nice, or I should lose a few pounds. More a problem with my design, rather than the tractor's.
Overall This is my first tractor, and I couldn't be happier. While learning how to plow snow with the FEL I chewed up the gravel driveway. Then I got to repair it after the melt. Running this machine is about as much fun as I can have doing work around the house. I had a minor hydraulic leakon the tractor, and a drooping stabilizer on the BH. S&L's service is second to none, they picked it up, had it fixed, and returned to my driveway right quick. No complaints.

Implements : 302 loader, "Woods" 48" dual blade box scarper "Woods" 60" landsacping rake
Purchased From : Al's Kubota Hemet, Claif.
Strengths I have 5 acres and opted for the 24 HP vs the 20 HP as I was concerned about not having the power. This machine works great, plenty of power! The HST transmission is also great as you do not have to fool with changing gears. The 4wd is a must as without it I would have already been stuck several times (Digging sand out of a wash). I will purchase a rear tiller in the near future and will advise on the PTO power. Perfect size for 5 acres or even more.
Also has mid PTO which I have not used. Great fine tuning control adjustment on rear hydraulics (box scraper).
3 year 0% financing was also a plus.
Weaknesses ROPS gets in the way when working under trees. (But it does fold in 1/2.)
Overall Great machine. Had an old 9N which was on it's last legs. Was originally going to buy a Kioti CK25HST but they wanted more $$$ and it did not include the box scraper or landscape rake. No brainer.
I have only had this tractor a short time so time will tell if it holds up or not. That is why I have not answered the reliability or parts support questons.

Implements : 60 inch belly mower
Purchased From : dealer
Strengths The tractor runs smooth and quite, there is no lack of power. The HST is smooth and easy to use. The turning radius is tight, makes mowing easy. Much tighter than my old JD400. The engine grill panels are easy to remove for maintenance. The Tractor & mower is more than able to mow tall wet grass. See Weakness.
Weaknesses The tractor with the mower installed has a lot of vibration noise at idle. The ROPS Folding makes it tuff to trim around trees. The mower decks dual rear wheels leave wheel marks in the grass. Thick grass tends to leave streaks between the blades. I find that the higher CG makes slopes a little tricky (compared to my 400 lawn tractor) The drawbar is a little short for larger implements. The Mid PTO is a bit touchy on stopping all the way before shifting or you will be reminded with a slight grinding sound. (don't rush) The belly mower is lifted by the rear three point arms, this makes the arms hard to move if the uplock pins are not installed. Also note if pins are out look out for the
Overall This is a great little tractor with plenty of power for it size. It has a few items that I think kubota could easy improve on. I buy again, For value and proformance. The mower deck is the weakest link.
