Strengths 4x4 is great for steep mowing. Good power. Good fuel economy. Love the grease fittings where they need to be.

Weaknesses Parts are too expensive. Overheats in hot weather. Screen does not filter the radiator properly. Need to remove battery to properly clean radiator. Rear caution lights too high and are damaged if you encounter overhanging objects. Bolts on the mower deck puleys need tightened often. Apprehensive about future repair cost because of high parts cost. Engine will stall when making sharp turns.

Overall Good tractor for the initial cost. Plenty of power for tough jobs.

Strengths Easy to learn how to operate for a woman. This tractor was purchased new for ME from my wonderful husband. We have always had tractors on the farm....but they were HUGE and I refused to drive them or do anything with changing gears etc. This tractor mows extremely well with it's 60 inch deck. We have 10 acres of horse pasture and property to keep up plus riding trails....this tractor is able to keep up with almost anything.

Weaknesses Dealership we purchased it from never bothered to tell us about the recalls on several items. That made us quite upset...people are so dishonest these days....found another dealer that has treated right. So watch out who you buy from. Runs hot when mowing in mid summer and does not matter what kind of grass you have...it just runs hot. We are told it is not a true reading. They need to fix this problem! It is made with alot of plastic....need to have more metal with this tractor.

Overall Over all we are pleased with our purchase. I can easily run this tractor without my husband's help and I am not afraid to nearly do anything I need to on the farm. I don't know how to do everything yet....but I am learning.!

Strengths does good for a compact tractor and is great for my 10 ac which I mow. over a 1000 foot of driveway which i plow and moved tons of dirt and gravel. I love this tractor, it works hard and keeps running. comming up on 3 yrs and 300 hrs. you go bx2350 any question from the dealer always helpful . Not had the deal do the service but i've done all the oil. hydr and filters. its easy

Weaknesses Had a rear wheel seal pop out but I and a neighbor put it back in with no problem. not crazy about where the 4x4 lock is but can live with it. would like to see a little more weight in the rear, gets tippy when using the bucket.

Overall great tractor,looked at J.D. of same size which cost more would tell anyone to get the Bx 2350 which i understand has changed a little and uses another number

Strengths We've had our BX2350 for 2.5 hears. It's been a phenomenal machine. With the 60" mower deck ,we cover 2 acres in about an hour. We have the front end blade - it will clear our 200 ft drive and 3000 square foot apron in about 15 to 20 minutes. In low, it's dealt with 12" snowfalls without slowing down. Very impressive machine.

Weaknesses We need to clear the radiator after every mowing or the engine temperature starts to rise. But as long as we clear it, no problem. Also, the mounting pins on the 60" mower tend to rotate and jam in the leveling springs. They have to be reset before every mowing or the mower won't level when cross-grade mowing.

Overall Aside from a few minor points, it's a very impressive machine.

Strengths

Weaknesses Abrupt stops when releasing rear pedal.Hydraulics could use a bit more pressure while steering could get a bit less.Would appreciate bigger front wheels.Had to modify seat brackets because of lack of forward adjustment.Also added hard vinyl spacers behind seat to stop "skweak-skweak.Narrow width make it easy to flip over,and tractor jurks a lot when moving forward with steering fully turned

Overall Got 2-3 oil leaks due to bad fit of O rings by company,but got very good service from my dealer.Very happy with my tractor,4wd is fantastic.Powerful and versatile.Nothing can stop it.My favorite toy.

Strengths Strong engine & drive train. Decent fuel economy. 4WD is surprisingly capable. DON'T EVEN ATTEMPT TO EVALUATE THIS TRACTOR UNLESS IT HAS 2.5 - 3+ YEARS OF USE. It seems like a great little machine until it is used in enough different situations where near-accidents are caused by the tractor's shortcomings in design.

Weaknesses DANGEROUSLY UNSTABLE with ANY sized or weight load in FEL... attributible to short wheelbase & narrow track (width) which also make for rough ride. Rear and/or front tires will lift off ground when turning on even slightly uneven terrain when using FEL with a light load. Mower deck height adjuster is problematic and dealer said most owners grind the steps on adjuster so that it will lock deck in 'UP' position. Thermostat reads in red in summer, but doesn't seem that overheating is occuring. FACTORY RECALLS were issued on seat, battery screen, PLASTIC deck (deck replacement and support bracket needed)and numerous other PLASTIC PARTS. New 2008-9 models reverted to steel deck and body panels because of bad design decision (using plastic). I stepped right through plastic deck on mine. Fenders, engine surround (cowl), headlight assbly. all cracked and replaced at considerable cost with SAME parts that WILL and DO crack again, so don't bother replacing any plastic components - a waste of $$$. Drill a tiny hole at end of newly discovered crack to keep it from getting longer or completely spanning a component part. Fuel Pump solenoid ($150) died @ 2.5 yrs. & bucket arm cyl. leaked @ 2 yrs. Tire warranty arbitrarily changed by Kubota meaning that they passed the buck to tire mfgr. dealers who may not even exist in a given region. Just filed in small claims court over tire company's (Carlisle Tire Co.) refusal to respond to their dealer after sidewall defect appeared and is worsening and poses an enhanced danger when using FEL on already unstable tractor. Mower deck-top is difficult to lube & clean due to design. Mower belt tensioning spring breaks regularly (buy a bigger spring at a farm supply store if you don't want to replace it annually). Wiring under rear fenders is not protected from dirt, snow/ice & succeptible to damage. Shift levers on left side interfere with driver mounting & dismounting. Levers & linkages tend to fill with dirt, leaves & debris and inhibit function. BRAKE PEDAL HEIGHT is same as HST pedal and latter is easily depressed when trying to brake if driver's foot is wider than Barbie Doll's. EXCEPTIONALLY DANGEROUS. Brake pedal and HST pedal placement has been changed on succeeding model. HST pedal sticks (won't release when foot pressure is removed despite lubrication. 'Glass' (actually plastic) guage window tends to leak and fog up. 'Cruise Control' is difficult to release when tractor is moving and has caused several panic situations for me. This tractor requires constant adjustment of system components just to maintian operability of basic functions. Tires are too small for all of the tasks that this unit is supposed to be capable of doing. Easy to get stuck, especially when creating a shallow trench with FEL and small front tires can't pull out of hole (and rears are too small to provide necessary torque). VIBRATION is excessive at low idle speeds and may be strongly contributory to cracking of plastic parts where ears or tabs are set over or slide under a bolt or screw. Mower deck is a pain in the rear to remove so that tractor can be used for other tasks (even for blade sharpening, cleaning and lubrication). Seat belt retractor keeps tightening until driver needs to unbuckle and reset return mechanism... it cuts you in half.

Overall Overpriced. Overdesigned & overhyped by mfgr. EXTREMELY DANGEROUS AND PRONE TO ROLL-OVER WHEN USING FEL and mowing on slope. NOTICE that even next bigger size model of Kubota has a fold-down ROPS, indicating constant roll-over risk from Mfgr's. liability perspective and indicating that dagerous problem was noted by manufacturer before marketing. Front edge of bucket wears quickly and is COSTLY to replace (professional welder with clamp up capability required). Three point hitch capability is limited as machine is not proportionally correct for common compact implements... another design oversight. KUBOTA has even changed the model number of this unit on 2008-9 models because of problems. It is NOW BX2360.

Overall can't do everthing the big boys do, but does everthing it's designed to do plus a little more.

Strengths Decent power, tough machine, uses very little fuel. Haven't found much I couldn't get it to do. The 4 wheel drive makes it more tractor than you would think it is. Small size for mowing in confined area but still does the big jobs.

Weaknesses Hard to work on. Broke the hydro fan, it is not an expesive part but is difficult to change. I've had 3 hydraulic leaks. my dealer sent someone to fix quickly.

Overall I have worked the tractor for 250 hours in one year. I cleared 5 acres of mesquite scrub and rocks. I was able to build rock walls with some rocks the loader could only tip on edge but the 4 wheel drive would still push.

Strengths Bought the new 2350 to handle my 3.5 acres mostly grass. An additional 30 of woods and thicket. Great machine. 60" mower deck does the job in 1.5 hrs as opposed to my old 42" in mower that took 5 hrs. Comfortable ride, plenty of power to plow the 200 ft driveway with the loader. Moved giant bolders, yards and yards of soil, Dragging deer from the woods, and countles other jobs around the yard. Pretty quiet too. The diesel is tough and the tractor seems well built. Cant beat the 0% finance and warranty. MUCH better deal then the green and blue brands.

Weaknesses Blew a hydro line and the throttle lever came loose a couple times. Be sure to check the oil after 20 or so hrs. She was a quart low after break in. Head light and signal switch is confusing and gets bumped by the left knee easily. Knobs on levers fall off easily..add some gorilla glue. Tires tend to go low an air after accessive loader use. No big problems though!

Overall Nice powerful tractor. Im on it all year and use it to the limit of our harsh NYS winters and mud. Well built and reliable. looks cool in the barn too. Nice man toy!

Strengths Fuel consumtion is very good, better than a gas. I mow 6 acres on little fuel in very litte time compared to my other mower.

Weaknesses Seat recall has been fixed. Getting hot during a hot day. It was told to me that the temp. guage is too close to the heat source and recommended a plate be assemble between the two. I will see how that works when I mow this summer while it is very hot outside. Also, had to have the deck fixed, it broke. All of this, was told to me that kubota(or the dealer) knows about.

Overall Easy to handle, uses less fuel and covers a good area in less time.
