Strengths FIRST OF ALL - Comments by owners who don't have 500 or more hours on their machines ARE USELESS.
1.)Engine 2.)Drive Train 3.)Fuel Economy are good.
4.)Starts well even in below freezing temps.
5.)Runs strong but is significantly underpowered for
what it is supposed to do by design and marketing
hype.
6.)Four wheel drive is respectable.

Implements : FEL, 5' rear blade, 54" MMM
Purchased From : local dealer
Strengths
Lots of power. Mine started in -5 degree temp. Great maneuverability and easy to master controls.
Weaknesses FEL bucket has a welded cutter bar. Wish it was bolted as mine is wearing already. Hydro cooling fan is easily broken but its only 5 bucks.
Overall Couldnt really ask more from this tractor. Its done way more than i thought it would already.

Strengths
Weaknesses None that I know of
Overall I used my Kubota HST to reclaim/recover from Hurricanes Ivan and Dennis. My property was 3.5 acres, with 3 acres finish mowed.
I doubt anyone could work a tractor harder, for longer periods of time.
Maintenance is critical, including attention to ALL grease fittings!

Implements : 54" Mower
Purchased From : Steve Barlow Equipment
Strengths Very powerful for its size. Got it for 4 wd feature as I use it to mow/brush hog on pretty steep ...like 40 deg. hills. Does outstanding job...better than anticipated.
Weaknesses Haven't had it long enough but atarting to notice that need to adjust forward creep when foot off the forward pedal. Also very abrupt stops on releasing rear pedal.
Overall Love it. Can't wait to use it next time. Have told wife may go out and sleep next to it!

Implements : FEL MMM 5' Back Blade
Purchased From : Portland Implement
Strengths Quality of cut with MMM. I was amazed at how nice my lawn looked.Power to spare. I have a sandstone ledge that I finally started moving with the FEL and all I can say is wow. I got way more than I thought I was getting. Loader detaches very easy, only took me 7 minutes the first time.
Weaknesses No first aid kit with sedatives to calm me down. This tractor is an extension of me. I expect it to work as hard as me and it goes way beyond that.
Overall I looked for almost two years and almost bought the new Massey Ferguson sub compact but I definitely made the right choice.

Years of Use : 180-Days
Implements : 4' KK bushhog, 5' rear blade, 8' boom pole' 60" belly mower
Purchased From : Abbeville, Louisiana
Strengths Very powerful and fuel efficient! I bushhog 7 acres of 2 and 3 foot tall grass @ 2800 rpm and it never misses a beat. Small enough to share the barn with the Kawasaki mule (I think the mule is a little bigger) yet works like a champ- even on a hot Louisiana summer afternoon. Note- I never run the engine wide open- 2400 to 2800 is great for cutting the 2 acres with the belly mower and 7 acres with the bushhog (king kutter 4')
Weaknesses The reverse pedel is a little far back for my taste, I am tall and have long legs, it sometimes takes a little moving to reach it with my big old feet. Needs a little weight on the front when using my 3- point boom pole to lift even lighter items. Anything over 300 lbs and you have to weigh it down.
Overall Superb machine! Will get a FEL in the near future, I have many uses for it!

Price Paid : $14,500.00
Years of Use : 30-Days
Implements : 60 inch mower, front loader, rear blade
Purchased From : Birkey
Strengths Lots of power. I really like how easy it is to take the attachement off and on. It seem to use very little fuel for how hard I have worked it. I have about 70 hours on it so far.
Weaknesses Like others have said, its a little tippy with a full end loader bucket. So far mine is not running hot at all. Mine also tended to not stop when letting off the forward pedal. I found the adjustment for this. There is a spring that you can tighten to help this. I bought a muclh kit for the deck. I haven't installed it yet, I had to order another part and blades for it. This should come as part of the kit and I can see it will be difficult to install. The hydraulic fluid is pretty pricey through Kubota.
Overall Great mower and I love the end loader and 3 point blade. I can't believe how much work you can get done with it. I think of all the dirt and gravel I have used a wheel barrow for. I should have bought one years ago.

Price Paid : $15,000.00

Implements : FEL, Back Blade, Front Mount Snow Blower, Canopy and weather break
Purchased From : Ginop Sales
Strengths Powerful for such a light weight tractor. I have 120 hours on it so far. All loader, back blade and snowblower work. I've been digging stumps and pulling trees out of the woods. It is very manuverable in the brush.
Weaknesses I have not experienced any of the overheating or deck cracking problems others have. My only problem has been the block heater shorted out.
Overall Overall great! It can do about anything within reason, it just takes longer than a heavier machine would.

Implements : mower, loader and tiller
Purchased From : American Lawn and Leisure
Strengths easy on gas
Weaknesses My BX2350 has been in the shop 25% of the time I've owned it. The transmission blew within two weeks, required six weeks to get a new transaxle. Seal on wheelwell has blown three times. Brakes has gone out, as you can drive it with the parking brake set with no hesitation, required 15 hours labor to fix the brakes. My dealer did a poor job of repair, requiring me to go to another dealer. Dealing with Kubota Division office has been more than trying.
Overall Very disappointed with tractor and with Kubota service.
