Price Paid : $13,000.00
Years of Use : 3+ Years
Implements : FEL, 60in mid mount mower
Purchased From : Bentley Bros
Strengths Reliable and powerful for medium to small projects. Has a tough/very capable well running motor. Factory battery lasted 4 years before needed a charge. Cant beat the 0% financing. Weighs 1 ton with FEl so fits on basic 10ft trailer.
Weaknesses Tips easily and tight seating area. Reverse stops abruptly. Front tires are too small and just started to aquire rim leaks. Dealers do not service tires for leaks. Not true 4 wheel drive. EXPENSIVE parts! Some leaky hoses. Rear plastic gear fan is prone to sticks/debree jamming in and breaking off fan blades. Mid Mt mower deck is heavy and takes some skill to mount and dis mount. Expect to pay 40.00 + for basic oil change and 100.00+ for yearly maintenence/service (filters(5)) work.
Overall Great runner. Have 300 hrs on it. I have 50 acres and mow 10 with the tractor. Its too small for working the fields but strong enough to pull logs and push/move snow and soil/rocks. Rear PTO stalls on accassion.

Implements : 60"MMM, LA243 FEL, lawn roller
Purchased From : Buffalo Tractor
Strengths Lots of power for a 23 horse motor, tight turning radius, 60" MMM cuts nicer, more even path than my previous lawn tractor ever did. Only played with loader for about an hour but its a bear, loaded a large stump onto trailer like it was nothing. Never had a diesel before but gets 3 times the fuel economy from previous Cub Cadet SLT 1550.
Weaknesses Haven't noticed any yet.
Overall Extremely happy with this machine so far, mowed my 2 1/2 acres twice so far and rolled lawn twice before mowing.

Price Paid : $16,700.00
Years of Use : 180-Days
Implements : back blade, box scraper, tiller, Loader, mower, ballast box
Purchased From : Dealer
Strengths Finally revved up to full speed after breaking in. VERY POWERFUL, hard to believe it's only 23 HP. Loader almosts lifts too much, be careful at first. Runs a 60" mower or 42" tiller with ease. Lock the rear wheels and box scraper will really dig. Awesome power steering.
Weaknesses Slow leak in one tire. Had to drain all tranny fluid and pour back in when cleaning transmission screen. Oil filter a little hard to take off. Had to tighten leaking coolant hose. Accidentally put a stick in the transmission fan, but it did not break anything, could have a guard on it. Have to reach a little for the FEL controls.
Overall Drug some huge treetops and then pushed them over the hill. Disassembled a septic sand mound. Graded the drive, tilled the garden and mowed the lawn. Once you get used to the controls it's great to operate. Of course, bigger is ALWAYS better, but this one is great for the price range.

Implements : BOX BLADE,GRADER BLADE, BRUSH HOG, LAWN ROLLER
Purchased From : LASHLEY TRACTOR, QUAKER CITY, OHIO
Strengths TONS OF POWER. I PURCHASED THE LA243 LOADER WITH MY 2360 AND ITS AMAZING HOW MUCH IT CAN LIFT, ALMOST TOO MUCH, I HAD THE REAR WHEELS OFF THE GROUND A TIME OR TWO. LOADER IS A LITTLE TRICKY REMOVING AT FIRST, BUT AFTER A COUPLE OF TIMES I CAN REMOVE IT IN LESS THAN FIVE MINUTES.
Weaknesses HYDRAULICS ARE A LITTLE WIERD. HAD A BX2200 BEFORE AND LIKED THOSE HYDRAULICS BETTER. REAR 3 POINT HITCH WILL NOT GO VERY LOW COMPARED TO MY OLD 2200. I HAVE A DRAW BAR ON IT TO MOVE TRAILER AND I HAVE TO HAVE THE TRAILER JACK ALL THE WAY UP AND STILL LIFT TONGUE UP ONTO BALL. KIND OF A PAIN.
Overall FANTASTIC MACHINE! I LOOKED AT JOHN DEERES AND MASSEY'S...NO COMPARISON TO KUBOTA. THESE TRACTORS HAVE ALOT MORE POWER THAN ANY OTHER THAT I HAVE TRIED OUT.

Strengths Excellent traction on hills and/or even ground. Very powerful for its size, turning radius is better than my Cub 1550.
Weaknesses Transmission is very noisy. I thought I had a problem with it for the first two weeks however I have been told this is normal. Would like to see the rear wheels spread a little further apart for stability on hills.
Overall Outstanding tractor so far. It has exceeded my expectations of a tractor this size. I mow six acres with it and a Swisher pull behind in combo and it has performed flawlessly.

Strengths Turning radius is much tighter than you would think. Very nimble tractor. Stronger than you would expect from a tractor of this size. Implements much easier to remove than my old cub cadet.
Weaknesses I'd like a folding roll bar option. Wish there was a cash discount.
Overall Great tractor, can't say enough. I should have bought it year ago!

Price Paid : $0.00
Years of Use : 1-year
Implements : Bucket, midmount deck, rear 3pt snowblower, ballast box rear
Purchased From : Dealer
Strengths EasEasy to use. Turns tight.
Weaknesses Lots of hydrolic noise, better wear earplugs/defenders if using for more than an hour. Diff lock lever in an awkward position. Not much undercarriage protection from brush, etc. I've had to replace (well dealer did) the hydrolic line at the back of the tractor (above pto) TWICE!
Overall I like it. I probably should have went with a larger tractor with a cab and more horsepower, but for most homeowners, this would probably be the best fit.

I dont write reviews but this one deserves it.
Stong, turns tight, great traction. Tilling an 8000sq.foot garden.I have 2 acres fairly steep.R4 tires. I use it for everything. I wouldnt want any bigger.
Weaknesses Bucket lever sticks.
Tiller lever sticks.
Locking diff. lever could be easier to use.
Overall Fantastic!!!Pays for itself daily.
Best tool on the farm.

Strengths I have just about 2 acres of cleared yard with quite a few hills. Wanted a tractor that would speed through the work and not leave me stranded. The BX was that and more. It was a bit more expensive that the smaller home owner units, but it is well work the investment.
Weaknesses The only thing that I notice is the noisy transmission. Not that there is a problem, it is just loud from the hydraulics....
Overall I would rate this machine an A++. The 4 wheel drive and diff lock are supurb. The 60 inch deck makes quick work of even tall grass and it just looks goood riding around the yard!!!

Strengths Well thought out as to operator ergonomics. The loader option I took is very easy to operate and view the materials to be picked up.
Weaknesses I can't seem to get the 3 point hitch low enough to properly fit my 60" Walco Metor snowblower.
Overall Very nice small tractor. I traded in my 1985 Kubota B8200 HST w/loader which I hated to do but it was getting tired, but I'm glad I did given what a great little tractor I now have.
