Strengths Just took delivery on the BX-24 yesterday. I used the tractor to move dirt and to dig up some stumps. The tractor had good power and was easy to use. I also used the tractor to level high spots in my yard. The loader performed well as a scraping tool. The backhoe has good digging power and is easy to use.

Weaknesses None that I have found .....yet (Stay tuned)

Overall This is a good machine for landscaping and general yard work. I really enjoy having it there when I am ready to work! The HST is very powerful and responsive. I was worried that it would not be a big enough tractor for what I wanted to do, but this machine is a great size with plenty of power. I am glad mI finally took the leap into buying a tractor.

Strengths Power, manouverability, ease of operations, location of operator controls, ability to get into tight spots.

Strengths This is my first tractor. I kept going from Kubota to NewHolland to check them out. Really did not know what to do. Was the BX24 going to be big enough? Was the TZ25 better? I opted for the Kubota, less noise, better specs. I love it. this little machine is amazing. I use it to spread gravel, dirt and do a lot of yard work. No damage on lawn with the industrial tires. Can carry a full bucket of gravel no problem and the backhoe is even more impressive.

Weaknesses None so far.

Strengths Before I took delivery, I kept calling my dealer asking if I should get a bigger tractor, worried that I would wish I had later. Glad I didn't. It is the perfect size for my 6ac. Doing lots of hardscaping. Its awesome. Could easily care for 15+ ac. I can get into any space and still move LOTS of material. Noise and vibration are low. I have the r4 tires and it isn't too bad on the grass, but will tear it up over time.

Weaknesses It should have a radio with speakers on the ROPS. Seriously. Also a swivel light on the ROPS.

Overall The fact is I love it. It is a HUGE amount of money. For what? Move some dirt? Unlike a rental it is there when I have time. And that lets me do more stuff. "3 15'x45' raises beds? Put them where the 5 year old 6 foot tall wood pile is? No problem" I was able to push through the piles, catty the cut wood, and prepared the beds. In just 3 days! The thing is awesome. Also, I checked out the MF 2310. It was nice, but the engineering just didn't seem as finished. K has protected hydro hoses. MR's were very exposed. Things like that made the choice easy. 16200 delivered w/ Land Pride BB05 box blade.

Strengths Just took delivery yesterday 12/30/05. Compared this to the BX 23 and the MF GC2310 before purchase. Very Good Platform space. I/m 6'4 and have had trouble with compacts space in the past. I like the seperate forward reverse. pedal.

Weaknesses Front quick hitch and the Front Loader don't stay on tractor at the same time. It would only require maybe a 1/4" more clearance to work. Not sure why it was designed this way. Cool front grill also not compatible with quick hitch.Requires four bolts to connect to tractor. This piece will probably stay on the shelf for the winter.

Overall Looks well made have already changed out the loader and Snow blower. Went smoothly once I read the directions.should take only 15 min including removal/attachment of Quick Hitch.
