Strengths good steering response, smooth cut, good fuel efficiency, comfortable seat

Weaknesses blade engagement/ timer interlock. spins worse than my Ford LS 45H when backing uphill

Overall my first zero turn so cant compare to other ZT's. smoother cut than I got with estate mower behind a Ford 4000, swisher mower behind the 4 wheeler or my Ford LS 45H (which is a very good machine). much more efficient on fuel than my (ex) gas mower.

Overall I had a Jphn Deere 420 before this with a 60 inch deck. With the ZD221 54 inch deck, I get done quicker, and my neighbors are jealous.

Overall Very great mower got as a demo mower with 1 hour on it so I got a discount. I love it I have had several kubota's before,and got a john deere 810A and I hated it very poor traction and my yard looked like crap and I have a john deere LA 145 to pull things around the yard it works great but that is the only good john deere if you ask me

Overall Traded my ZG222 in on this mower. Plenty of power and smooth operation. I have owned 2 Exmarks and 1 Hustler mower and 1 Kubota in the past. This is by far the best mower that I have ever owned. Great cut.
