Strengths An extremely well built machine, designed to be operated by the person that doesn't own it. Lots of power, very strong hydraulics. Hydrostatic transmission with hi-lo range. Uses a lot of open market parts, which means that you're not at the mercy of "green" or "orange" dealerships.
Weaknesses Its a tall machine with the ROPS, so caution must be used on slopes. Down pressure is light, most likely to prevent damage to front of machine from slamming around. Hi range is limited to use on flat level surfaces, mostly just for transporting.
Overall These are a great machine, if you can find one. Generally priced in the $10,000 range, they are an excellent alternative to a skidsteer if you want a loader that won't rip up the yard. Weighing around 8,000lbs they can be towed by most full size half and 3/4 pickups.
